Our team uses advanced tools and processes like welding, machining, and assembly to make custom parts and assemblies for other manufacturers.

What You’ll Be Doing
In this role, you’ll play a key part in our machining operations. Day to day, you’ll:
- Plan machining jobs by reviewing work orders, blueprints, and engineering specs, including GD&T
- Set up and operate mills and horizontal CNC machines, including offsets, tooling, and program adjustments
- Prove out part programs and make necessary edits
- Install and adjust fixtures, vises, tooling, and attachments to get jobs up and running
- Load materials and ensure proper positioning for machining
- Check your work by measuring first runs and sample parts to ensure everything meets spec
- Monitor operations (cutting, drilling, threading, etc.), troubleshoot issues, and make adjustments as needed
- Replace worn tooling and keep processes running efficiently
- Follow all safety procedures to maintain a safe work environment
- Perform basic preventative maintenance and coordinate repairs when needed
- Communicate with other shifts to ensure smooth handoffs
- Complete production and quality documentation
- Stay up to date by learning new techniques and technologies
- Jump in where needed and look for ways to improve processes
What We’re Looking For
- 7+ years of experience programming at the machine, setting up, and operating CNC mills (including troubleshooting and basic maintenance)
- Strong ability to read and interpret blueprints, process sheets, and technical data
- Solid understanding of tooling, setups, machining methods, and sequencing
- Experience inspecting and measuring parts to ensure quality
- A continuous improvement mindset—you’re always looking for better, more efficient ways to get the job done
